Chuck Haas
Chief Executive Officer & President
Chuck is CEO of MetroFi, which he cofounded in 2002. Previously, Chuck cofounded Covad Communications where he held various senior management positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and General Management for Covad's wholesale distribution channel.

Chuck has over fourteen years of sales and business development management experience with Intel Corporation. At Intel, he managed corporate business development, focusing on opportunities in the broadband computer communications area, and played a principal role in the development of the company's Residential Broadband strategy. Chuck holds a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.

Ben Zifrony
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Ben joined MetroFi in December 2005 after spending 5 years at Covad Communications, where he held various executive positions in Sales and Business development for Covad's wholesale distribution channels. In these positions, Ben was responsible for developing strategic partnerships and driving large revenue streams with a number of companies, including: MCI, AOL, EarthLink, AT&T, and XO. Prior to Covad, Ben had 10 years of Sales and Business development experience and held executive positions at OnFiber, HealthData and Proteon where he developed strategies to bring new products and services to market. Ben earned his BSEE from the University of Massachusetts.

Lucie Poulicakos
Vice President, Operations & Engineering
Lucie joined MetroFi in June 2006, after spending 5 years at DSL.net where she was Vice President of Operations. At MetroFi, Lucie is responsible for all operational and engineering aspects for the company, including deployment of MetroFi Wireless networks, Network operations and Customer Support. Prior to joining MetroFi, she held positions at Covad Communications and Brooks Fiber Communications of Connecticut. Lucie brings 13 years of telecommunication experience to MetroFi. Lucie attended Notre Dame College where she studied Business Administration.
