Performance with Exceptional Customer Support

MetroFi designs, builds and operates its own wireless broadband network in every market it enters. We control the performance of the network and provide 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring from our Network Operations Center. We offer a Service Level Agreement with every fixed wireless service with the following.

AVAILABILITY – monitored and measured as the number of minutes that the MetroFi Network is available in the month divided by the total number of minutes in the month.

LATENCY – we measure and test the roundtrip delay between MetroFi service demarcation points. Network Latency specifications apply for traffic within the MetroFi network.

PACKET LOSS – the average percentage of IP packets transmitted between the MetroFi service demarcation points during a calendar month that are not successfully delivered. Packet Loss on the MetroFi Network is engineered to meet targets set for slower, conventional T-1 service.

INSTALLATION – site survey and installation target within weeks.
